Ethics lawyers will be taking Drumpf to court over allowing his businesses to continue accepting payments from foreign governments.

Importantly, though, it argues that we cannot wait for Drumpf's actions to fail in court, because the problem is too urgent. States, cities, and individuals need to take action now.
